The Evolving Man:
A Group For Men
Led by Mark Mariner
We are a group of a dozen men who are exploring together what it means to be a man in our culture today. Each month, a different theme is introduced. We reflect in writing and share in-depth our personal observations.
Some past & upcoming themes include:
-
What do I do with my vulnerability?
-
How would I describe my best self?
-
What are my heart's yearnings?
-
How do I free myself from shame
Third Thursday of every month from
6-8pm Eastern Time
The Evolving Woman:
A Sacred Circle For Awakening Women
Led by Marcia Mariner
This once-a-month gathering is designed to support, connect, and empower visionary women to wake up to their sacred worth and soul's purpose and break free from conditioned patterns that keep them from thriving fully. By freeing themselves, they can live prosperous and purposeful lives and serve from overflow, not depletion.
Second Tuesday of every month from 6-8pm Eastern Time
Heart Haven:
Spirituality Group
Led by Mark Mariner
This monthly group gives you the tools to cross over out of survival functioning into a way of living where your heart is full and alive. We explore what helps the heart expand and elevate and what blocks it.
There is input from the facilitator, deep and respectful sharing between group members, times of meditation and written reflection.
Second Monday each month
from 6-8pm Eastern Time
The Artist's Way:
A Creative
Expression Group
This workshop explores the connection between creativity, spirituality, and personal growth. Each meeting highlights key tools presented by Julia Cameron in her book The Artist’s Way. The goal of this program is to help you: uncover your inner artist, work with the inner critic, and improve your talents in a supportive setting. “The Artist’s Way is for artists and non-artists, painters and filmmakers and homemakers and lawyers—anyone interested in…practicing the art of creative living” - Julia Cameron (author)
